Katering Partners With Belle Magazine

Katering was delighted to once again partner with Belle magazine to create an intimate dinner for its readers at Signature Print.

Held in Signature Print’s amazing warehouse, Katering transformed the 30 metre long printing table into an incredible dinner setting for its guests. Sitting on stools around the table, Katering called in their good frinds at Décor of Distinction to create the setting and organised three amazingly talented florists to decorate the table and room.

The guests enjoyed a beautiful menu oozing a warm winter feel.

To start, canapés included:

Tempura king prawns with soy and mirin

Salt and pepper barramundi with fresh lime

Peppered beef on a potato roesti with truffled aioli and rocket

Warm tartlet of mushroom and Persian fetta with sherry vinaigrette

Once seated, a mushroom volute with porcini dust was served for entrée.

For main course, guests were served beautiful braised beef cheeks with swiss chard and horseradish cream. This was paired with sides of warm Parisian mash, sautéed seasonal green vegetables in lemon, thyme, olive oil and garlic dressing and roasted root vegetables.

For something sweet, the evening finished with a warm ginger pudding topped with caramelised pear, vanilla bean ice cream and rhubarb compote.
