A Pop Up In The Park

What better way to take advantage of Sydney’s incredible recent weather than a pop up in the park? Katering has teamed up with the forces behind Pelicano and The Island to bring you The Park pop up on the lawns of Centennial Park in Sydney’s east.

Perfect for a late lunch, afternoon drinks or a night out under the stars, The Park provides a relaxed and informal getaway from the usual inner city venues.

With outdoor tables and seating, heaters for when dusk falls and a mix of relaxed background beats by the resident DJ, The Park is a beautiful spot for catching up with friends.

Grab a cocktail, or a delicious bite to eat from Katering’s selection of grazing plates including:

• a selection of cheeses
• beef and caramelised onion puff pie with smashed peas
• steak sandwich with caramelised onion
• thick cut chips with rosemary and sea salt
• autum spiced nuts.

Or for something more substantial why not try:

• arancini with fresh tomato sauce and parmesan
• pork and fennel snags with mash
• beef burger with tomato relish and aged cheddar
• spice rubbed chicken with white coleslaw and fresh salsa.

The Park is open from Wednesday to Sunday each week from midday until 10pm and is located next to the Paddington Gates on the lawn of the Superintendents Residence.
